Invite Payees via Salarium

Salaries of employees can be received in different ways, and one of them is through SALPay. In order for the employees to get paid through SALPay, the company must take note of the following:

  1. The company must have an active SALPay for Business Account.
  2. Salarium company must be linked with the SALPay for Business Account.
  3. Cards must have been purchased first, through SALPay for Business, if the company will shoulder the cost of the SALPay cards.
  4. The employees must be invited as a Payee through Salarium's SALPay Integration page.
  5. Employees must accept the invitation through email and complete the KYC process until approved through SALPay Wallet Mobile Application or SALPay Personal Web Application.

To invite SALPay payees through Salarium:



  1. From the top Navigation, head to the User Menu > Control Panel > SALPay Integration

  2. Switch from the Summary page to the Payees page. Make sure that you are in the correct company where you will invite payees from.

    • You will see the Employee List including email, SALPay Account Number, Status, and SALPay card toggle switch.

    • Only the users with Active status will appear on the list. If an employee is not on the list, check the company open or check the User Management and check the status if it is in Active status.

  3. Tick the checkbox across the employee you would like to invite.

  4. Under Require a SALPay Card? column

    • Switch ON (blue)

      • The employer will purchase the SALPay card on behalf of the employee.

      • The Php500 card fee will be shouldered by the employer through pre-purchased card credits in SALPay for Business.

      • The SALPay card will be delivered to the shipping address indicated on SALPay for Business Account or based on the shipping details you enter upon inviting the employees.

    • Switch OFF (gray)

      • The Purchase Card screen will display during KYC.

      • The employee will purchase the SALPay card.

      • The employee will pay the Php500 card fee through SALPay’s payment channels during KYC.

      • The SALPay card will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the employee.

  5. Click More Actions > Click Invite Payees > Click Confirm

    • This will trigger an Account Payee Invitation that the employee should accept.
