Troubleshooting Failed Employee Activation

Employee activation can be done via Control Panel or via Employee 201 File. Activating employees in Salarium triggers a Verification Email sent to employees' entered email address by the Admin. If the employee does not receive a Verification Email, this means the activation has failed.
To troubleshoot Failed Employee Activation issue, follow these measures.

Via Control Panel
1. From the Top Navigation, go to Control Panel > Users.
      




2. From the User List, locate the employees who did not receive the verification email.
      
      

3. Set the user as Inactive and switch it back to Active.
      
  1.  If the user status displays as Inactive, simply switch the status back to Active.
  2. This triggers a Verification Email sent to the users' email addresses upon changing the status.
4. If failed, contact Salarium Support via your Salarium Account, Salarium Website, and at    support@salarium.com
      
Via Employee 201 File
1. From the Top Navigation, go to Employees> People.
      

2. Look for the employee who had an issue with employee activation then click on the name.
      

3.  Go to Employment Details Section.
      
      
4. Reverse the Employee Status from Active to Inactive, click on Update.  After reversing, set the Employee Status from Inactive to Active then click on Update to trigger resending the verification email.

      
4. If failed, contact Salarium Support via your Salarium Account, Salarium Website, and at    support@salarium.com.
