SALPay Integration Administrator

Salarium and SALPay added a new security feature in which unauthorized disbursements of payroll are prevented. A user with Salarium Owner / Super Admin / Admin role can still process payroll but can no longer disburse payroll if he is not nominated as a SALPay Integration Administrator.

A SALPay Integration Administrator can:
  1. Process and Run Payroll;
  2. Invite and Re-invite Payees;
  3. Allow other Salarium Administrators with Control Panel access to invite and re-invite payees;
  4. Add and Remove other SALPay Integration Administrators.
How can a user be a SALPay Integration Administrator?
  1. The user be must be an Admin with access to both Payroll Module and Control Panel;
    1. Salarium Account Owner
    2. Salarium Super Administrator
    3. User-Defined Role
  2. The user must be a SALPay for Business Administrator/Owner.
How to be nominated as a SALPay Integration Administrator?
  1. If the user's SALPay account was used to Link SALPay Corporate Account with a Salarium Company;
  2. If the user is added as a SALPay Integration Administrator by another SALPay Integration Administrator.
To add a new SALPay Integration Administrator:
1. From the Top Navigation, go to User Menu > Control Panel.


2.Switch to Administrators subpage;


3. Click on SALPay Integration > Administrators > Add SALPay Integration Administrator.


4. Choose from the existing list of SALPay for Business Administrators and check the box beside the name of the chosen Administrator;


5. Click on Add to finalize the action.


To remove a new SALPay Integration Administrator:
      
1. From the Top Navigation, go to User Menu > Control Panel.



2. Click on SALPay Integration > Administrators. 


3. From the list of existing SALPay Integration Administrators, select the administrator you wish to remove. Click on the Remove button and confirm your action.
