Batch Add Attendance Records
Batch Add Attendance
Manual Batch Adding of Attendance is recommended to be done for entering multiple attendance records in one go. This also overrides existing attendance records when an entry is unlocked. Batch adding attendance does not affect entries that are locked during uploading.
To add Attendance by batch:
1. From the Top Navigation go to Time and Attendance > click Attendance Computation tab.
2. Click on Batch Add Attendance button.
3. Under Step 1, click on Download Template.
4. Accomplish the template accordingly. Time should be in Military Time for Time Records batch upload.
Clock In and Clock Out and Hours worked should not be uploaded together in a single row if they are on the same date.
Add headers depending on the need. Refer to individual editing in the View button.
Do not delete Clock in/out columns when uploading the csv file.
- Use UT for Undertime record and Tardiness for Tardy.
5. Once done, upload the file under the Step 2 section > click Choose File > Upload.
