View and Edit Individual Employee Records

View Employee Records

To View Employee Records:
1. From the Top Navigation, click Employees > People.


2. Locate the employee you would like to view from the list.
      • Use the search bar to look for the employee by entering the Employee ID or Employee Name


3. Click on the employee to view individual employee records.


Edit Individual Employee Records

Employee data entered in the system may still be modified when needed. To properly manage employee records, details related to each employee are divided into different sections.

GENERAL
  1. Personal Information
  2. Employment Information
  3. Approval Workflows
TIME AND ATTENDANCE
  1. Leave Credits
  2. Filed Leaves
PAYROLL
  1. Payroll Information
  2. Basic Pay Adjustments
  3. Payment Methods
  4. Allowances
  5. Bonuses
  6. Commissions
  7. Adjustments
  8. Loans
  9. Deductions
  10. Annual Earnings
To Edit Individual Employee Records:
1. Once you open the employee's 201 profile, select which specific category and data should be updated, by clicking on the category fields at the side navigation.


2. After selecting the category, click on the Edit button.


3. Edit the fields needed to be updated, then click on Save.


4. A message is displayed confirming the successful update.


If additional changes must be made, select the relevant category and repeat the process of editing individual records.
