View Time Records via the Calendar

Another option to view the time records is through the calendar.

From your ESS Dashboard's Attendance Records field, click on the View Calendar button.

You can also open the Calendar through the Side Navigation Panel.

Upon clicking on the View Calendar button or after choosing Calendar in the Side Navigation, you will be directed to the Calendar page.

The calendar has certain indicators.

a. Blue - A shift is assigned to you;

b. Green - You have Time Records;

c. Orange - You have an approved leave, the day is set as a holiday.

Upon clicking on a certain date, you have to scroll down below to check your time records.

Your time records can be your basis if there is a need to file for the following:

a. Overtime Request;

b. Time Correction.
