View Time Records via ESS Dashboard

Employees can already view the attendance rendered for a specific day through the ESS dashboard.

The attendance computation field shows the following details:

a. Date

b. Total Hours Worked

c. Time Records - Clock Ins and Outs (upon clicking the view more button)

d. Assigned Shift for the selected date

c. Quick Link to the Calendar Page.

Upon clicking on the view more button, the field will expand and it will show all the clock-ins and clock-outs.

You can always hide the time records by clicking on the view less button on top of the time logs.

You can also switch from one day to another by clicking on either the arrow left or right.

To view the time records via the calendar page, click on the View Calendar button.

You may select any date with a green marker as it indicates that you have your time records for that day.

Scroll down below and you will see your time records for the selected date.
