Managing Approvals: View, Approve, Decline, or Cancel Filed Requests
View Filed Requests
An approver with Employee Self-Service access can take action on any or all filed requests through the approvals page.
1. From the ESS Dashboard, click on the side menu.
2. Choose the Approvals page.
3. By default, only filed requests with pending approval are shown on the list.
The list shows an infinite number of requests. Meaning, if there are many requests pending for approval, all you have to do is scroll down below and the list will automatically expand the rows being displayed.
An approver with Admin access can also take action through the Admin Dashboard.
1. From the Admin Dashboard's Top Navigation, click on the Approvals page Icon.
2. By default, only filed requests with pending approval are shown on the list.

Individual Managing of Requests
You can Approve, Decline, or Cancel the request of an employee one by one by clicking on any of the icons across the filed request.
