View and Filter Requests

Navigate to Requests

To go to the Requests page:

  1. Click on the Side Menu from the Top Navigation.
  2. Go to Requests.

What's in Requests?

My Filed Requests section shows you the list of all the requests you filed. It also gives you an overview of the status of each request.


Requests Filter:  This allows you to filter your filed requests according to request status, request types, and filing dates.

Request Type: This shows what type of request has currently been filed.

Request Status: 
This shows what action has been taken by the approver for the filed request.

Show more details:  It allows you to see filed requests in full details.

Messages:  This is where you receive the messages concerning your filed requests.




Filter My Filed Requests


You can manage the list of filed requests seen on the Requests page by using filters. Request filters may be set depending on status, types, and filing dates.  Filtered results will appear on My Filed Requests page.

To filter requests:
      1. C lick the filter icon located on the upper right side of My Filed Requests.
            

      2.  Select the filters by marking the checkboxes and setting the date range.
            
      3.  Click on the Apply button to set the request filter search.
            
      4.  Click Reset to revert filter to default.
