Activate Employee/s via 201 File
An employee's status can be changed through his 201 profile if initially added with Inactive Status.
To activate an employee via the 201 records:
1. From the Employee Records Management > People page, click on the filter button first and set the Employee Status field to Inactive. Then, click on Apply.
2. You will see the list of all the employees with Inactive Status. Then, open the records of the employee you wish to activate.
3. Upon opening the profile, go to the side navigation and click on Employment Information.
4. Click on the Edit button.
5. Change the Employee Status to Active, then click on Update.
6. You will be notified about the successful update of the record.
Inform the employee to check his/her email and start verifying his account.
