Change User Role Assigned to a User

To update a user role assigned to an existing user:
      1.   From the Top Navigation, go to the  User Menu > Control Panel > Users.
            

      2. Locate the user you would like to update from the User List
            

      3. Click on the View button next to the user you would like to update.
            

      4. Scroll down then click on Edit once you are already on the User Details page.
            

      5. Simply select the role you would like to switch to from the dropdown options under User Role.
            


      6. Click on Update after switching the User Role.
            

Notes:
  1. Switching the user role does not send another verification email or notification that there was an update.
  2. The user will need to clear the cache under browsing history before logging back into the account. Doing this measure ensures that the system access that goes along with the role permissions were reflected upon logging back in.
