On the Hours Worked page, you can view the amount of hours you have worked each day.

To access the Hours Worked page, click Hours Worked on the left hand side of your Employee Self Service portal.

You will see your Hours Worked page for the week, which includes the following information:

  • Work Days
  • Rest Days
  • Expected Hours Worked
  • Reported Hours Worked
  • Indicator which states if there is a message from your Approver for that day
  • Approval Status of Hours Worked that you have submitted to your Approver

You can also view your previous or future weeks' Hours Worked either by clicking on the arrows or clicking This Week and selecting a week you would like to view.

To view the details of your Hours Worked for a particular day, click the day you would like to view.  The Hours Worked Details box will pop up on the right hand side of the page.

Here, you can view the following details:

  • Expected Hours Worked
  • Shift Start and End
  • Reported Hours Worked, of which hours can be
    • Regular Hours
    • Overtime Hours
    • Night Hours
    • Overtime during Night Hours
  • Computed Attendance

Note: Computed Attendance will only be populated if you have Hours Worked for the day that have been approved, or if you have Time Records.

If you have submitted Hours Worked for approval from your Approver, the status of your request can also be seen here.

You can also click Message to view any messages you have received from your Approver.  You can also send messages to your Approver here.

As an example, in the following screenshot, the employee submitted Hours Worked for March 30, 2016, which has been approved by their Approver.  Their shift is from 8am to 5pm, and they rendered 8 Regular Hours and 3 Overtime Hours.

Note: Salarium recognizes military time. To convert standard time to military time, add 12 hours to any time from 1:00pm to 12:00mn. For example, if you want to say 8:30pm in military time, add 12
