To change their Employee Self Service Password, your employees will need to log out of their account and do a password reset.

They will need to click the picture in the upper right hand of the page and click Log Out.  

They will then be directed to the Log In page.  They will need to click Forgot Password.

On the next page, they will need to enter the email address where the password reset link will be sent and click Reset Password.

They will receive a confirmation message letting them know that the password reset link has been sent to the email address they indicated.

They will need to pull up the email and click Reset.

They will be directed to the Password Reset page.  They will need to enter their new password and retype to confirm.  They will need to click Change Password.

They will receive a success message and be redirected to the login page. They can then log in with their new password.
