You can access your SAL Pay Personal Account from your Employee Self Service Portal.  On the left hand side of the page, click Wallet to access your SAL Pay Personal Account dashboard.

If your SAL Pay Personal Account has not been set up yet, you will see an error message. Please contact your admin to set up an account for you.

Navigation

In the upper left hand side of the page is the Account Balance section.  Here, you will see your SAL Pay Personal Account Number, your current account balance, as well as a button to change your SAL Pay Debit Mastercard PIN.

If you have not yet verified your account, you will see the Verify your account section in the upper right hand side of the page.  Here, you will see the status of your Identification Verification.

The Transaction History section displays deposits into your account, withdrawals from your account and any transactions made with your SAL Pay Debit Mastercard.

Verification

Once your admin has set up your SAL Pay Personal Account, you will need to verify it.  Click Verify Now in the upper right hand section of the page.

The Identification Verification form will pop up.  Fill out the form and attach your scanned ID as well as a Face Photo.  Click Submit.

Identification verification may take up to 72 hours.  During this time, your identity verification status will show as Pending.

Set PIN

After your identity has been successfully verified, you will need to set your SAL Pay Debit Mastercard PIN.  Click Set Account PIN.

Enter your Salarium password and a 4-digit PIN.  Reenter your PIN to confirm and click Submit.

Troubleshooting

If your identification verification is rejected, the Verify your account section will indicate why your submission has been rejected.  Click Try Again to resubmit your corrected identification verification documents.
