SAL Pay is Salarium's disbursement method, which links directly to your SAL Payroll account.  It is an alternative to using traditional banks to pay your employees their earnings, and is a more convenient and efficient way to set up your employees’ payroll accounts.  Once you have generated payroll, funds can be disbursed to your employees’ SAL Pay wallets through your Salarium account.  Once funds have hit employee SAL Pay wallets,  they can use these funds to spend directly on items online, withdraw as cash and make POS purchases via their Mastercard debit cards.  SAL Pay makes it easier for you to create your corporate and employee accounts, allows funds to be automatically transferred to your employees through Salarium and allows your employees to access their funds wherever they are.

The Default Fees associated with SAL Pay functions are as follows:

Account Creation - Php350 (includes the Mastercard debit card, delivery charges and administration charges)

Disbursement to Employees - Php 25 per employee*

Deposits to SAL Pay Corporate Account - Free 

Card Replacement Fee - Php350, charged to the employee, if they lose their card
