Mass Add Loans will let you add loans for multiple employees across various payroll groups simultaneously.

To Mass Add Loans, navigate to Employees > Loans.  Click Mass Add Loans.

A prompt box will pop up.  

If you have a CSV file ready, click Choose File  to upload the CSV file.  Once selected, the filename will appear next to the button. Click Upload.

If it’s your first time, click Employee Loans Upload:Field Guide. A prompt box will pop up.

The field guide will contain the fields per employee that will need to be filled out. Click the Download Sample CSV File button to download the template. Use the template to record your employee loans. A CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file stores tabular data (numbers and text) in plain text. Salarium will process the CSV file in its database.

Note: Use the Loan Types you have created in the Company Setup menu. Salarium will not recognize Loan Types that have not been created in the Company Setup Menu.

When you are ready to upload, go to Employees > Loans. Click Mass Add Loans and upload the file when prompted.

Once a file has been successfully uploaded, you will see a success message that states "Employee Loans successfully uploaded (Mass Add).”

Loans can also be downloaded.  Click Download Loans.

A CSV file containing your Employees’ loans will be downloaded.
