As an Admin, you can post important announcements to your employees through Salarium’s internal communication channel. There are two ways to post announcements: you can post directly through the Dashboards or through Announcements in the Top Navigation.

To post an announcement through the Dashboard, click Dashboard at the Top Navigation. On the right side of the screen, you will see the Announcements bar. All the announcements you have created can be viewed here.

Click the Add button to create an announcement.

The Add Announcement form will pop up.

Fill out the form.

  • Subject – The topic of the announcement.  
  • Announcement – The body of the announcement.
  • Recipient – You can determine who will receive the announcement by searching for and selecting the group and its subset, or an individual employee here.  The options are as follows:
  • All
  • Department
  • Rank
  • Position
  • User Type
  • Employee

After filling out the details, click Add. Otherwise, click CancelA success message will appear when you have successfully added an Announcement. After clicking Add, the announcement will be saved. You will be led back to the Dashboard.

You will see the newly-added post in the Announcements bar. If there are other announcements, they can be viewed by clicking the arrow symbols at the bottom of the announcements window.

Another way to post an announcement is through Announcements at the Top Navigation.

Click the Add button. The Add Announcement form will pop up.

Fill out the form as previously instructed.

After filling out the details, click Add. Otherwise, click CancelA success message will appear when you have successfully added an Announcement.  After clicking Add, the announcement will be saved. You will be led back to the Announcements page.
