When you activate an employee, an email with a Verification Link will be sent to their email address to verify the email address.  If your employee has trouble receiving the Email Verification Link, you can resend the link.

To resend an Email Verification Link, access the Control Panel by clicking the Icon at the upper right corner of your screen.  Select Control Panel, the click the Users tab.

Unverified email addresses will be indicated as such underneath the email address.  Click Resend Invitation to send another verification link to the email address.
