To assign an Approval Group to an employee, click Employees, then select the Employee whose approval workflows you would like to edit.  Click the Workflows tab.

Select the Approval Group for each of the following:

  • Timesheet Approval
  • Expense Approval
  • Overtime Approval
  • Leave Approval
  • Loan Approval

Click Save.

Note: You can only select the Approval Groups that you have already created. To create an Approval Group, click here
