            How can I apply for Overtime?

            Through Employee Self Service, you can submit Overtime Requests.

            Click the Overtime button on the left hand side of the page to pull up your Overtime Requests page.

            Click Add Overtime Request to pull up the Add Overtime Request form.

            Enter the details of your Overtime Request and include a reason as to why you need to work overtime. Click Submit.

            Note: You can apply for both pre- and post-shift OT.

            If you would like to add a note to your Overtime Request, click View Approvers>View Notes>Add Note.

            Enter your note in the Add Note box and click Leave a Note to send the note to your approver.

            You can also view notes from your Approver on this page.

            Your overtime request will to be sent to your Overtime Approval Group for approval.  Your approver will receive an email notification of your overtime request. If your request is approved, you will receive an email notification.

            You will also receive an email notification if your request is rejected.

            Please check your Attendance page the following day or at the end of your shift to ensure the appropriate overtime hours were credited to you.

            You can also cancel your approved OT requests.

            Hover your mouse at the right side of the request saying Approved and click Cancel Approved.

            A success message will appear to confirm cancellation of the approved OT request. The status of the OT request will also show Cancelled.
