            How can I add a Government Signatory Contact?

            The Company Signatory will populate contact fields in government registration forms as well as bank disbursement instructions.  This is where you can add your company signatories.

            To add a Government signatory contact person go to Company Setup>Organization>Signatory.

            Click Add Company Signatory.  

            The Add Company Signatory form will pop up.  Fill out the form and click Add.  Otherwise, click Cancel.

            If the Company Signatory's position does not yet exist, you will need to create this in the Organizational Structure section.
