To edit/delete a department/position:
1. From the Admin Dashboard's Top Navigation, click the gear icon (Company Settings).
2. Open the side navigation by clicking on the arrow just below the company dropdown.
a. Choose Company Structure
b. Open Organizational Chart
3. Hover the cursor over the Department/Position you would like to Edit or Delete, and 3 icons will appear right below.
a.1. To edit, click on the pencil icon.
a.2. Change the name of the Department or Position, then click on Update to save the changes made.

Updating the Department or Position name will automatically update the employees' 201 records.
b.1. To delete, click on the trash bin icon.
b.2. A dialog box will appear to confirm the deletion. Click on Yes.

A Department or Position can not be deleted if it is tagged to any employee. You will need to change the Department or Position of the employee/s first in the Employee Records Management before deleting the items in the Company Settings.
