View and/or Delete Bank Accounts

View and/or Delete Bank Accounts

You can view added bank accounts, but there is no way to edit the details. To make changes on the existing bank account details, you will need to delete and add a new bank account.

To view a Bank Account:

From the Top Navigation Bar, click Settings > Company Payroll > Payment Method.


    • You can view added Bank Accounts on the Company Payment Methods List

    • An existing Bank Account with or without existing/pending transactions cannot be edited.

    • To edit Bank Account details, the only option is to delete the item and add a new one provided with correct details.   




To delete a Bank Account:
1. From the Top Navigation Bar, click Settings > Company Payroll > Payment Method.

2. Tick the checkbox across the Back Account you would like to delete.
    • An existing Bank Account with or without existing/pending transactions cannot be deleted.

    • A Bank Account that has been assigned to an employee as a Payment Method cannot be deleted as well.



3.  Click More Actions > Delete.


    • A dialog box will appear to confirm the deletion.



4. Click Delete to remove the selected item from the list.
