View and Edit Deduction

View Deductions

To View Deductions:
1. From the Top Navigation Bar, head to Employees > Deductions.


    • Deduction List is displayed. From this list, you can already view each employee’s deduction details:
      1. Employee Name
      2. Deduction Type
      3. Date Created
      4. Amount Deducted
      5. Frequency
      6. Start Date
      7. Valid To


Edit Deductions

To Edit a Deduction:
1. From the Top Navigation Bar, click Employees >Deductions.


2. Locate the employee from the Deduction List


3. Click on the Edit button of the employee loan record to be modified.
    • You are redirected to the employee’s deduction record.


4. Choose the field to modify and apply the necessary changes.


5.  Click on Update.
    • A message is displayed that the changes are saved.
