You can send out important announcements through your ESS. This allows you to publish announcements to selected recipients or to a group by department or by position.
To Create Announcements:
1. From the Top Navigation, click on the Side Menu then choose Announcements.
2.
Click on Publish an Announcement.
3.
Enter the recipient(s).
4.
Type the Announcement Subject.
5.
Write the content of your announcement.
6.
Enable
Show read receipt
and
Allow response from recipients
if necessary.

If enabled, this allows the sender to monitor the number of announcement views
