How do I generate and download the 1604C and Alphalist?
To generate and download the 1604C and Alphalist, you need to have a payroll license admin access to the company you are trying to generate for, and for data to be complete you need to have closed all payroll runs and generated all 1601C monthly reports for the year.
1. Once this access is confirmed, navigate to the Government Forms section under the Payroll main top navigation.
2. Select the Generate Government Form button near the top of the page, then select Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
3. Select 1604C Form and for which year you are generating then select the continue button.
Take note that manually editing data here is not validated by Salarium and does not translate into updates in the computation data or 1601C data and may cause inconsistencies if you are not careful.
Once this is complete and ready to be downloaded, select the Save and Download Form button on the top right of the form. Make sure to allow the download in your browser.
A zip file will be downloaded containing your accomplished 1604C and Alphalist as well as the DAT file which can be used to submit to the BIR.
