On the Hours Worked page, your employees can view the amount of hours they have worked each day.
To access their Hours Worked page, they will need to click Hours Worked on the left hand side of their Employee Self Service portal.
They will be presented with their Hours Worked page for the week, which includes the following information:
They can also view their previous or future weeks' Hours Worked either by clicking on the arrows or clicking This Week and selecting a week they would like to view.
To view the details of their Hours Worked for a particular day, they will need to click the day they would like to view. The Hours Worked Details box will pop up on the right hand side of the page.
Here, they can view the following details:
Note: Computed Attendance will only be populated if they have Hours Worked for the day that have been approved, or if they have Time Records.
If they have submitted Hours Worked for approval from their Approver, the status of their request can also be seen here.
They can also click Message to view any messages they have received from their Approver. They can also send messages to their Approver here.
As an example, in the following screenshot, the employee submitted Hours Worked for March 30, 2016, which has been approved by their Approver. Their shift is from 8am to 5pm, and they rendered 8 Regular Hours and 3 Overtime Hours.
Note: Salarium recognizes military time. To convert standard time to military time, add 12 hours to any time from 1:00pm to 12:00mn. For example, if you want to say 8:30pm in military time, add 12 hours to 8:30 to get 20:30.
