How can my Employees apply for Leave?

To file a Leave Request, your employees will need to log in to their Employee Self Service portal and click the Leave button on the left hand side of the page to pull up the Leave page.

 They will need to click the Add Leave Request button.

They will need to select the appropriate Leave Type and enter the details.

After filling out the form, they will need to click Save to submit the application.

Note: If your employee's shift is more than 8 hours per day, they can indicate the hours in the Leave Hours (per Day) field.  They will be paid the additional hours when payroll is generated.

Note: If a employees would like to take a half day off, they can edit the number of hours in a day for the leave.

If they would like to add a note to their Leave Request, they will need to click View Approvers>View Notes>Add Note. 

They will need to enter their note in the Add Note box and click Leave a Note to send the note to their Leave Approver.

They can also view notes from their Leave Approver on this page.

Their Leave Approver will be notified by email of the request.  If their request is approved, they will receive an email notification.

They will also receive an email notification if their request is rejected.

Both pending and approved leaves will show up on their Dashboard Calendar.
