During the free trial period, you may add as many employees as you like. All active users will be billed at the end of your first subscription period.
Before adding employees, we suggest completing your organizational and payroll setup, as many of the Employee fields will be dependent on the organizational and payroll fields you will create. To add multiple employees, click Employees at the Top Navigation. Click Mass Add Employees at the upper left corner to add multiple employees simultaneously.
When the Mass Add Employees form pops up, Click Choose File button to upload the CSV file. Once selected, the filename will appear next to the button. Click Upload.
If it’s your first time, click the Employee 201 Upload Field Guide button. A prompt box will pop up.
The field guide will contain the fields per employee that will need to be filled out. Click the Download Sample CSV File button to download the template. Use the template to record your employee data. A CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file stores tabular data (numbers and text) in plain text. Salarium will process the CSV file in its database.

The other fields are not mandatory but we recommend you fill them out also.
Note: If you would like to add employees who still do not have a company email address, you can use a temporary email address at first and then add the company email address in their 201 file when it is available.
You will be led back to the Employees page. You will see that the employees are now listed in the 201 Files tab.
If your CSV file contains errors, an error message will appear at the top of the screen indicating the fields that must be changed. After making the necessary changes to your CSV file, repeat the procedure.
Please also check if you have modified any of your employee IDs, as employee IDs are the basis of the system for updating employee information.
