Only computed payroll on Draft and Open status can be deleted instantly. However, a payroll on Close status can be changed to Open and can eventually be deleted. Payroll with Disbursed status can no longer be deleted because a disbursement transaction has already been done.
To Delete a Payroll on the Payroll List Page:
1. From the Top Navigation, go to Payroll > Payroll tab.
2. On the Payroll page, look for the payroll you want to delete on the Payroll list.
3. Tick the checkbox beside the payroll you are about to delete.
4. More actions will appear, click on Delete.
5. A warning pop-up box will appear, click Confirm to proceed.
To Delete a Payroll on the Payroll Summary Page:
1. From the Top Navigation, go to Payroll > Payroll tab.
2. On the Payroll page, look for the payroll you want to delete on the Payroll list.
3. Click on View across the payroll you are about to delete.
4. On the Payroll Summary Page, click the Delete Button.
5. A warning pop-up box will appear, click Confirm to proceed.
