Deduct License

Deducting licenses is usually done when there are unused licenses available or inactive users. To avoid getting billed for an unused license, you may deduct it from the Subscriptions page under the License tab.

To deduct licenses:

  1. From the User Menu, click Control Panel > Subscriptions > Licenses
  2. Click the minus icon ( - ) across the license you would like to deduct.
  3. Click Confirm deducting licenses.
  4. Click Submit to finalize deducting licenses.
The deducted license cost will apply on the next billing.
We suggest that the Available Licenses be set to 0 if there are no employees to be added. Therefore, the number of Used Licenses is just equal to the TOTAL number of licenses.
