Add Users (Company Level)

Adding a user under Company Settings’s User Management is slightly different compared to adding one under the Control Panel. Both account-level and company-level Admin can only add another Admin user in the User Management under Company Settings. Adding an Account Owner/Superadmin should be done under Control Panel > Users. A user with employee records is recommended to be added as an employee first under the Employee before changing the user type to Admin.

 

To add new users:






  1. From the Top Navigation, click the Settings>  Users and Roles > User Management.

  2. Click Add New User.

    • Make sure you have enough licenses to add another user.

  3. Fill out the required fields.

  4. Assign a Subscription License

  5. Click Submit.

  6. Go back to the User List and find the new user you just added. Set the User Status to Active.

    • Setting the User Status to Active will trigger an Account Verification Email.
