Added users from this page are usually Account Owner, Super Admin, or Admin without employee records. Usually, these users are administrators that are not considered employees of a company. If a user is an employee who is supposed to be given access to an Admin account, it is recommended that the user should be first added as an employee under the Employee page.
To add a new user:
1. From the Top Navigation, go to the
User Menu > Control Panel > Users.
2. Click on
Add New User.
3. Select a User Role from the dropdown options.
4. Fill out the following fields:
Last Name
First Name
Middle Name
Email Address
5. Assign a Subscription License by ticking on the switch across.
6. Click on Submit to finalize assigning a user to the newly added user.
If the admin is also an employee, it is best to add the user first on the Employee page, then change the user type later on. However, if the user started as an admin, manual linking of the employee records is required.
