To add a Leave Entitlement:
You can choose employees who are entitled to such leave entitlement by entering a Location, Department Name, Position or Employee name.
This field exhibits auto-suggestion. Simply enter the first few characters of a Location, Department, Position, and employee. Select from the list of suggestions.
Leave Types that require leave credits and are considered payable will appear on the list.
If the field remains blank, this will not require attachments from employees upon filing a leave request for the particular leave type.
Number of leave credits to accrue - (How many leave credits should be added?)
Units Available: Day or Hours only
Accrue every - (How often should this leave accrual occur?)
Options: *Once-off, Monthly, Semi-Monthly, Weekly
*Once-off means the accrual will only happen on the date selected. This setup will not be recurring unlike the other three options.
Start accruing after - (When should the leave accrual start?)
This serves as the delay on when should the accrual start. Example, new employees only earn leave credit once they reach the 6th month of employment. After 6 months from Hiring Date, the first accrual will happen on the same date of the employee’s 6th month of employment.
