Add Deduction Types

What is a Deduction?

A Deduction is an amount that is cut off an employee’s salary as a payment for a specific service received, a membership or an item purchased. Some of the examples of deductions are as follows:

  • Gym Membership

  • Car Parking Fee

  • Mobile Plan

Add Deduction Types

To add a Deduction Type:

1. From the Top Navigation Bar, click Settings > Company Payroll Settings > Deduction Types.


2. Click Add Deduction Types.


3. Enter the Deduction Type on the field.
    • To enter multiple ranks, separate each item with a comma (,).



4.  Click Submit.
